Disclose, disclose, disclose...

Disclose, disclose, disclose... in my real estate training courses I heard these words over and over again. The most important thing to do in a real estate transaction is to disclose! "What should I disclose?" you might ask. Well, there are many possible disclosures you might need to make with regards to your property...Everything from lead based paint, general sales disclosure, licensed salesperson status, or more. Do your homeowork to stay out of trouble. The last thing you want to do is to sell your home and move on only to find out you broke a disclosure law!!!
